Atelier Pouch Studio (operating at https://atelierpouch.com, "we", "our", or "us") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal and proprietary information of the jewelry designers, boutique studios, and business clients who use our bespoke packaging platform.

This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how it is used to fulfill your custom packaging orders, and your rights under global privacy frameworks including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).

2. Information We Collect

• Contact & Delivery Details: Your name, brand/studio name, business email address, physical delivery address, and telephone number (provided exclusively for courier delivery dispatch).
• Artwork & Specifications: Vector logo files (AI, PDF, EPS, SVG), dimension requirements, color selections, and deboss/foil stamping preferences submitted via our 3D configurator or concierge.
• Payment Information: All financial transactions are processed directly by Stripe Inc. over secure 256-bit SSL encryption. Atelier Pouch never stores, processes, or has access to your full credit card number or bank credentials.
• Technical Logs: Minimal non-identifying server telemetry (browser type, country code, referring URL) collected automatically to prevent bot fraud and maintain Cloudflare Edge infrastructure security.

3. Purpose of Data Processing

We process your data strictly for legitimate commercial fulfillment purposes:

• Rendering 1:1 scale digital vector mockups and physical brass die proofing;
• Fabricating, inspecting, and packaging your bespoke pouches;
• Generating international airway bills with USPS, Royal Mail, DHL, and Australia Post;
• Sending automated order status alerts and delivery tracking links.

We will NEVER sell, rent, trade, or monetize your personal or business data to any third-party marketing network.

4. Artwork Confidentiality & Data Security

We treat all client artwork and brand marks as strictly confidential intellectual property. We implement industry-standard administrative, technical, and physical safeguards:

• Your submitted vector logos are stored on encrypted Cloudflare servers with restricted factory technician access;
• Your physical CNC brass cliché tooling is cataloged under your unique Studio ID and never shared with or reused for any other brand;
• Payment checkout complies fully with PCI-DSS Level 1 standards through Stripe.

5. Your Legal Rights (GDPR & CCPA)

Regardless of your physical location, you have the right to request:

• Access & Export: A complete copy of the personal data and order history associated with your studio;
• Correction: Immediate rectification of outdated contact or address information;
• Deletion ("Right to be Forgotten"): Complete erasure of your contact details and vector logo assets from our production archives, subject only to mandatory legal accounting retention requirements.
