At Atelier Pouch (atelierpouch.com), every custom packaging order undergoes rigorous millimeter-precision vector proofing and 100% manual inspection prior to air express dispatch. We stand fully behind our craftsmanship.

2. Return Window & Eligibility

• Return Window: Clients have 30 days from the recorded delivery date to notify us of any issues or request a return/replacement.
• Defective or Non-Conforming Items: If delivered custom pouches show manufacturing defects, snap hardware failure, material tearing, or logo deboss/foil misalignment against the client-approved 1:1 vector proof, they are 100% eligible for free remaking or full refund.
• Sample Kits: Unused $15 Studio Swatch Kits may be returned within 30 days for a full refund, or applied as a $15 discount voucher on your first production batch.

3. Return Fees & Shipping Costs

• Return Shipping Cost: $0.00 (Free Return) for any quality issues or manufacturing errors. Atelier Pouch covers all return freight or dispatches free express replacements directly to your studio.
• Restocking Fees: $0.00. No restocking fees are ever charged.

4. How to Initiate a Return or Free Remake

1. Email our concierge at [email protected] or [email protected] with your Order ID.
2. Attach 1-2 clear photos illustrating the issue against the approved digital proof.
3. Our packaging director will respond within 4 hours to authorize a free express remake or issue an immediate refund to your original payment method (Stripe / Credit Card).
