Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Commercial Terms

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you (whether individually or on behalf of an entity, "Client" or "you") and Atelier Pouch Packaging Studio ("Atelier Pouch", "we", "us", or "our"), governing your access to and use of https://atelierpouch.com and all bespoke packaging manufacturing services.

By commissioning custom pouches, placing sample orders, or utilizing our online 3D configurator, you agree that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms of Service.

2. Custom Manufacturing & Proof Approval

• Digital Proof Sign-Off: Prior to CNC brass die milling and batch fabrication, our packaging director dispatches a millimeter-accurate 1:1 scale digital vector proof detailing logo coordinates, dimensions, fold clearances, and stamping color. Factory production commences strictly after the Client reviews and confirms approval.
• Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ): Our standard custom logo production minimum is 50 pieces per style/colorway. $0 CNC brass cliché mold fees apply to all orders meeting or exceeding 50 pcs.
• Production Tolerances: Hand-crafted and stitched textile goods adhere to international precision standards with a standard dimensional tolerance of ±1.5 mm. Fabric dye lots adhere to ISO 105-X12 colorfastness standards with minor batch-to-batch variations within commercial textile norms.

3. Intellectual Property & Trademark Protection

You retain 100% full, exclusive ownership of your brand marks, logos, vector typography, and proprietary designs.

By submitting artwork to Atelier Pouch, you grant us only a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license strictly necessary to manufacture the commissioned packaging for your order. We warrant that:

• We will never sell, license, replicate, or make available your custom branded pouches or logo tooling to any third party;
• You represent and warrant that you hold all necessary legal rights and trademark permissions to reproduce the submitted artwork.

4. 100% Free Remake Guarantee

We stand unconditionally behind our material science and factory craftsmanship. If delivered pouches deviate from the agreed and approved digital proof, suffer from snap button detachment, structural tearing, or substandard foil transfer:

• Atelier Pouch will execute an immediate priority reproduction at $0.00 charge and dispatch via expedited air express;
• Or, at the Client's discretion, issue a full refund back to the original Stripe payment method.

Claims must be submitted within 30 calendar days of recorded delivery per our Return & Refund Policy.

5. Payment, Pricing & DDP Shipping

All quotes and invoices are denominated in United States Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. Payment is collected securely via Stripe (supporting Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Apple Pay).

All shipments are dispatched Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) in accordance with our Shipping Policy. Local customs clearance, taxes, and duties are prepaid and fulfilled by Atelier Pouch.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Atelier Pouch Studio or its directors, craftsmen, or suppliers be liable for indirect, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from courier weather delays, international air customs holds, or third-party logistics disruptions beyond reasonable factory control. Our total aggregate liability under any order is limited strictly to the net amount paid by the Client for that specific purchase.
